Services will be invoiced in full when ordering the service.
 

Reservations

Your reservation does not renew automatically.
 

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please follow these steps:

The fee for canceling a reservation up to 60 days before arrival will be 50% of the reservation amount. After this period, the amount of the reservation will be due in full. The tenant should take out any personal cancellation insurance.
 

Refund

Reimbursement of services.

All goods sold on our site are non-refundable.
 

Limitation of liability

Lionel STEMPFEL or one of its partners will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. However, Lionel STEMPFEL and its partners will not be held responsible for any problem arising from any irregular use of this site.
 

Compensation
